This polish is from Chi’s Galaxy Collection. I picked it up at Ulta, along with a couple other polishes from this collection, and I’ve been very impressed. This is my first experience with Chi polishes, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The bottle design is great. All Chi polishes have a rubberized handle, which makes for easy applying. The formula was right on par. Applied easily in 2 coats with no streaking.
Hot Ring Illusion Around Saturn (what a name!) is a green duochrome with a bit of blue/purple in it (though this seems to be only visible in the bottle and in direct light). It’s a bit on the frosty side. Very glowy. It’s definitely a little different in terms of the greens that have been out this Fall/Winter, which is precisely why I love it 
Base coat + 2 coats + top coat
