OPI Yodel me on my Cell

OPI Yodel me on my CellThis is the second of my two (initial) purchases from the OPI’s Fall 2010 Swiss collection. I picked this up along with Lucurn-tantly look Marvelous.

Yodel me on my Cell is a blue with green undertones jelly packed with microglitter. The green is more noticeable in the bottle than it is on the nail, but you can still see on the nail that the polish has quite a bit of green in it.

Even though Yodel is a jelly, it’s more opaque than your normal jelly. It I wasn’t going to take pictures of my nails I would have stuck to just two coats. So, to say the least, I was surprised by the great application of this polish. The first coat wasn’t even streaky.

I just have to say though, I really dislike the name of this polish. I can’t say I ever saw or heard anyone yodeling while I was in Switzerland and I certainly wouldn’t want anyone to yodel at me on my cell. OPI did have a cute catch phrase for this particular color though; “OPI Yodel me on my Cell. I’ll feel “blue” if you don’t.” Ha! Clever!

OPI should do more jellys. I do not own a single OPI jelly that I don’t love (that’s you Wing It! and Dating a Royal). If you love jellys like I do this is a definite must have from the Swiss collection :)
